On our panoramic open-air terrace, shaded by bougainvillea, our Italian-Moroccan chef reinvents classic Italian dishes using local and seasonal ingredients. Wood-fired pizzas, fresh homemade pasta, artisanal tiramisu, and a wine list featuring wines from around the world come together in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. MIA Donna is both the hotel’s restaurant and a popular independent dining destination for Casablancans. Open Monday through Sunday, from breakfast to dinner, MIA Donna welcomes hotel guests and outside diners.
